Exercise of a Lazy Girl ("Breakfast" or Part 1)

Mar 5, 2015

Happy World Book Day! I haven’t dress up but there’s still some of the day left and I’ve got a collection of animal ears that have been hidden away for far too long. So there’s still some time.

Anyway down to business. I can tell that you’re all super excited!
My Squishiness rating:
Biceps: 6.
Abs: 8.
Glutes: 8.
Thighs: 6.
My General Measurements:
Hips: 39.5” Waist 28” Bust 35”.
My Screenplay:
Page 50.
Moodscope Percentage:
19%
I ache all over. Doing 50 push ups everyday really really sucks.
I’m going to say some words about Moodscope now as that’s probably the strangest measuring tool I’ll  be using. Okay, okay… squishiness… but I like saying it and I like writing it so blaah!

Moodscope is an online tool for measuring your mood. It uses a series of questions to gage your mood using ‘flip-cards’ with a 0-3 rating.

An example.
It asks, nervous: feeling worried that something unpleasant will happen?
And you will flip the card to pick one of these answers.
0 – very slightly or not at all.
1 – a little bit.
2 – quite a bit.
3 – extremely.
There are 25 moods to score in the same way. Then it puts the overall score in a graph, as a percentage, to track your daily ups and downs.
It only takes a couple of minutes to do. I’ve been using it for a while and have found that it’s made me more aware of my moods and what is likely to make me go up and down. The website says, ‘Clean your teeth, wash your face, measure you mood.’
And that’s exactly how I treat it. Most people take care of their physical health, just look at me and this challenge. But mental health is equally, if not more, important. The two are also linked so it makes sense to track the different types of changes.
Annnnnd let’s take a deep breath.
Here’s a link to Moodscope:  https://www.moodscope.com/
And I’ll check back in a couple of days.
